  • Photos/Videos of the item, if applicable (e.g., if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described).
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: You must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video should capture the unopened package, unsealing, and the item’s condition upon arrival. This is required to process any returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3.2 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and shipping charges will be collected from the customer for returning the items.

3.3 Inspection and Approval:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
  • Please note that refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
